Order Processing

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, periods of high demand, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Multiple Shipments

Prometheus works with multiple fulfillment partners. If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address or contact information provided with your order. Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
